father dont have last name in passport- what to use for ticket

Hi All

My father passport last name is blank. In Visa they used middle name as last name.
I am booking a airline ticked from del to EWR. What name i shold use as last name in ticket.
any help is appreciated.

Use full name in last name itself. The travel agents know how to handle this and airline ticket is never a problem. Better yet, use the names used in the US visa.
