Hello,
My case is the following:
I have previously attempted to obtain tourist visa to USA twice and both of the times been rejected under section 214(b) which states: lack of evidence that the visa applicant will return to his/hers country of residence. That was with my first citizenship and the last time I was rejected was several years ago. Now I am already a citizen of a country that participates in Visa Waiver Program whose citizens do not need visa to travel to US. But after the rejections I think that I need to obtain visa from the embassy first if I eventually would like to travel to USA again some day? Or...?
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any answers on this?
Thanks!
