My Parents are attending visitor visa interview in chennai on July 1st 2008. I am changing my employer and my new employer will be filing my H1B transfer (premium processing) by next week and my starting date with them would be some where in the first week of July.
Please let me know which employer's approval notice (I-797) should my parents take at the time of the interview.
Also, If I need to send my new employer's approval notice then I won't be having a pay slip by that time from new employer. In this case, Can I send my previous employer's last 3 months pay slip. Please clarify.
