Please what answers should I provide to question 25 and 8 of the DS156 and DS157 respectively. Please I have the organization name and contact information. I also have a contact person's name whose name appeared under the acceptance letter for the seminar.
The questions are
8. Full Name and Address of Contact Person or Organization in the United States (Include Telephone Number)
25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business
Please what should be the answers for both questions, since the seminar is being organized by an organization, and I have their name and contact information.
