I-94W Form

Hi all,

I am going to Canada on Sunday and have only realised that I may need a form to go from Canada to the USA over the border, please help as i have planned to go there with my Relatives who live over in Vancouver. If i could be sent a form over the Internet as for some reason I cannot get a downloadable form anywhere. I am living in Ireland.

The form you need is I-94W. Look at https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-94/

However, you can't get that in advance. You will be provided that form in the flight or other carrier.
