I and my family had applied for tourist visa & intervied was on 16th April'08.
My brother is citizen of USA,he had applied for immigrant pitition for relative in 1998. At,the time of interview I was not able to recollect regarding above mention matter & replied that I dont know about this matter. Consulate officer has not stamped for grant OR reject.
1.how should I reapply for visa?
2.Whether I have to pay all charges{visa application}?
3.Within how much time I reapply?
