    Can i sponsor B2 visitor visa????

    My L1B visa got expired in october,2007 and have a valid I-94 till August,2009. Can i sponser Visitor visa for my mother based on I-94, without a valid visa.
    please clarify me asap..

    Yes you can. I thought you already took the appointment based on your other post. Why did you get this doubt now?

      that is the previous time...

      that appointment is last year's one.. then she got rejected...
      now iam again planning to sponsor...
