Need Help about HDFC Receipts

Hello,

My parents did not get business visa(B2) on Jun 12 2008. The visa was rejected. I want to send my parents to visa interview one more time in Jul 2008. My question is whether can my parents use the same HDFC receipts numbers to take visa interview appoinment or should they pay the amount in HDFC bank again?

New fees + new appointment if visa was rejected.
