I was recently in the US for 89 days on the VWP, just touring around the country. During that time I made friends who want me to visit them in August. It will have been roughly 2 1/2 months since I was there last, and I wanted to go for roughly 3 weeks.
I had 2 questions I would really appreciate help with:
1) Since Im unsure if I would be there for exactly 3 weeks, (could be a month) would they stamp my visa waiver for the return flight date, or is a Visa Waiver valid for 90 days?
2) Although I know it says there is no time limit you have to be out of the country before applying again, does anyone see this being a problem since I was there for the full 90 days last time?
