I and my children were issued an E34 visa in October 1998. We complied with all the requirements and was just waiting for the school year to end so my children could finish the whole academic year before finally migrating to the U.S. But unfortunately before the school year was over, my husband and I had a big fight that we could not resolve. This led to a major decision of foregoing the E34 visa issued to us. Eventually, my husband and I finally separated. I filed an annulment in 2005 and just recently I learned he also filed a divorce in the US. Now I would like to join my friends who are planning to tour around the USA. I would just like to know my chances of getting a B2 visa if I did not use the E34 visa issued to me 10 years ago?

Your chances have nothing to do really, with what happened 10 years ago in this case. It has to do with your current situation and your ties to your home country.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice.
