visitor visa inquiry

hi.. i wish to knw one thing regarding visitor visa to usa. my brother is in usa from last 6 years.. he wishes to sponsor me for visiting there. can you tell me what are the chances that i will get visitor visa. i have done mba and nw im working with a mnc company from last one year.
apart from it my sister is also in usa. she is also working there
so plz tell me how can i increase my visa chances cze i have heard tht denial is not gud

Well, of course that a denial is not good.

The visa depends more on your ties to your country than anything else. If you can prove that you have enough things that would prevent you from staying permanently in the USA would help.

Things like a family. Are you married? children?
Things like a business that you must run. Etc.

Having 2 siblings in the USA does not help. Working 1 year for 1 company does not help.

But nobody can predict chances, you just try it and fail or win...
