Urgent - Please help

My parents have an interview next week and would like to postpone. This is the first time I am planning to change the interview date.

How do I reschedule the interview? Do I need to cancel and book it again? Please reply and it's urgent.

I am reading that I can postpone once without cancelling the appointment. How do I do that? which link should I click? I dont see any reschedule options in Retrieve/Modify application or VFS website.

You have to cancel and redo the whole thing AFAIK.
