Visitor Visa to USA from Canada for visitors to Canada

My parents are visiting my brother in Canada. We got them appointment for visitor visa interview, can I go with them as they dont speak english? What are the documents they need to take with them? They didnt get the visa last year from India. What are the questions that we should anticipate?
