Father going for visa interview

Hi, My Mother already have a valid visitor visa. Now my Father is going for visitor visa interview. Can you tell me if I have to mention my Mother's name in item 3 of the I-134 affidavit ? Thanks in advance.

Dad's Visa

You need to mention mom's name in the Affidavit is she is traveling with your dad. Or else you can omit it. Your mom's name need to be included in the previously sponsored visa column. However i would recommend that your dad get some legal help to do his visa because he never applied for a visa along with your mother earlier. The US Consulate always want members of the same family to apply in one slot and not exhaust additional slots.

I did not sponsor Mom's visa, she will travel now with Dad

My Brother-in-law sponsored for my Mother's visa (10 years multiple entry). However she will join my Father now to visit us. I never gave I-134 for my Mother. Please let me know if Ihave to mention her name in item 3 of I-134 for my Dad.
