Parents Tourist VISA - Language of Interview

Hi,

I am inviting my parents to US for my Graduation Ceremony. There are hardly a few days left and VISA dates are available in English Language and not in Hindi. My father knows English but my mother does not. I have some questions:

1. Will my parents have the interview together ?
2. If yes, since there are no dates for Hindi, can I book English date because my father can answer questions in English. Will that be fine?(since my mother doesnt know english). Do they ask questions to both or just 1?

Any suggestion in this regard will be helpful.
