DS-157 Question

Hi,

My Parents are applying for Visitors visa; I had a question,

On DS-157 form there is a field Full Name (In Native Alphabet) what should be entered for this?

The question is self explanatory. If you have a native language and a script, write the name in that language.

Thanks I had another Question,

On DS-156 form , Question number 18 [Spouse’s full name] it says include maiden name as well so in my Dad’s form should I enter Mom’s current name and Maiden name ? Only my Mom’s last name has changed. So should it be like “Jill Smith, Jill Roberts”?
