Visa Appointment for Aug First Week in Tamil - Chennai Consulate

I am planning to invite my parents to USA. I have tried so many times to fix the visa appointment in tamil at chennai consulate using VFS site. But i cannot able to fix it. Kindly help at what time & time zone is the best time to fix the appointment. Please help me to fix the appointment...Thanks in advance....

Regional language appointments are released in limited quantities only 4-6 weeks in advance. If you just see english appointments available for the period that you are looking for, you can safely assume all regional language appointments are already taken.
