abusing the system

i have seen a lot of people totally abusing the system by way of producing false affidavits ,mentioning assests and income that they dont have,but producing someone else's records and getting them written and producing such affidavits at the counsulate.
is there any where one can lodge a complaint?

Write to the consulate or the VFS. They WILL take action.

COnsulate is aware of such people and it hurts other genuine applicants. If it is a personal grudge against someone, good luck!
