To Change the Answer in DS-156 Form

Hi,
i got the visa appointment on August month. But i need to change the answer in DS156 form for 27th Question. is it possible to change the answer..please help me ASAP.

You need to read the instructions provided before you fill up the forms than just click next.

Forms can be updated until 48 hrs before the appointment.
