Documents for Visa Appointment

can i send the scanned documents of I-134, Application letter to US Consulate and Formal Inviting letter or i need to send through postal to my parents...please adivise for this...

Though most of the success cases never have these documents looked at by the VOs, you are better to send a hard copy with actual signatures rather than feel that might have influenced the outcome later on.
