Documents that visitor has to carry?

I read on some thread that the following documents exist:

1) Self affidavit that you would return to India?
2) Attested copy of property registration document
3) Auditor document mentioning property values

My parents do not have the above documents. However they do have:
1) Tax return statements
2) Property papers
3) Fixed Deposit receipts
4) Bank passbooks
5) Ration Card

They have an interview on Friday. Kindly advice.
