Applied for Visitor visa with wife got rejected. - First Attempt.
The officer said, you have not visited any other country and Why would you directly want to go to USA?

He has not stamped anything on the passport and asked to come back!
My brother is in USA and is working on EAD and has I-485 status.

I have applied as a self sponsoring the trip and has a IT business in india.
Could you please let me know if it would be helpful to appear again for VISA with supporting documents from my brother?

If Yes, please let me know what documents will be needed in this situation.
Any other suggestion advice, Please let me know!

I think it is more important to emphasize your business tie. Having your brother sponsor you looks like you do not have the resources to sponsor yourself which you must have had to the VO satisfaction.

Did you mention you were going for an extended trip (6 months) or a short visit (1 month). If you mentioned a longer trip, the VO will believe that your business can run without you.
