Hi - LOVE your website.
I want to bring my mother-in-law to the US from Costa Rica. I have read, understand, and will ensure that we will have all the documentation we need (visitor & sponsor docs). I just have a couple quick questions:
1) Our personal letter of invitation - should my mother-in-law bring only her Spanish-language letter, or should we provide a translation in English as well?
2) The I-134 - We thought if I was the sponsor, it might have more strength, but you point out that a mother/daughter relationship is stronger than a mother-in-law/son-in-law relationship and suggest that my wife be the sponsor instead. She has a green card and I am currently her supporter through an I-384. Do you still suggest that she be the sponsor instead?
3) Also, should my mother-in-law carry in the I-134 or should that be mailed to Immigration?
Thank you very much!
Jason
