H! Visa expired -exten applied- How will apply VISA for Parents

Hi,

My H1 is going to expire next month - same employer applied for extension(Receipt number available).

I want to apply VISA for my parents how will Proceed.

My wife is also working and she is having valid H1-VISA till 2010.

Note:- We filed joint tax returns.

Please suggest me a good approach.

There is no need for you to have a valid petition for visitor visa. An extension receipt is fine. In most of the successful cases of visitor visa, none of the documents from the sponsor are even looked at by the VOs.
