Property evaluation in Mumbai

Hi,
I read in the FAQs that the property evaluation has to be done by a licensed evaluator or architect. I contacted an architect but he didnt seem interested so could someone kindly let me know how you got your property evaluated?Who you got in touch with? How much they charged?

As the property is in Mumbai the chartered accountant's statement is not valid. Please guide me.

... informed you that CA's evaluation report is not valid? I know people who've used it.

Anyway, if things have changed, then you may have the tax bill which has the assessment information.

Else, contact your local municipal office.

If nothing else works, at the least get an affidavit done and attach it with CA's statement. That will hold more water than no papers.
