I-134 - Is it Mandatory?

I am going to U.S on a short term assignment(for the period of 3 months) and planning to take my mom along with me on visit visa. Hence I've booked an appointment for her. My question is, I would be sponsoring my mom after going there and already having sufficient bank balance in U.S. In this case, how can I write U.S address in I-134. We both will be staying in a hotel in U.S. And My company will take care of my hotel expenses.

Please advise me, if I really need to fill I-134 in this case.

I-134 is not necessary in your case. Just show that you have money to take care of her.
