Hi,
I'm on L1 Visa along with my wife and daughter (on L2 Visas). I sponsored my Mom and she secured B2 Visa. She is coming to USA for the first time. Her schedule of entering USA is conflicting with my departure from USA for business meeting to Trinidad. I will be going for only 5 days. But when she is at Port of Entry I will be outside USA though my wife and daughter will be in US and will go to receive my mother at the Airport.
My question is, My not being in USA be a problem for my Mom at Port of Entry and will the officer not allow her entry due to this reason.
Thanks for your replies in Advance.
