I am applying visitor's visa for my parents. When I try to take interview appointment through https://www.vfs-usa.co.in website, it only gives Mumabi as the interview location. As my parents are in Gwalior, it will make sense for them to get interviewed in New Delhi (Delhi is very close to Gwalior in comparison to Mumbai). Is there a way I can get New Delhi as interview location?

If your region falls under New Delhi, then it will be New Delhi,

... if you live anywhere in the New Delhi's territory, then you can go to that consulate.
The last thing you need is to go to ND and to be told that your application is either rejected or cannot be accepted and now you have to go to Bombay.
It would be in your best interest to go to Bombay.

Unfortunately, Gwalior comes under Mumbai Consulate.
My parents are also in Gwaliior. They are also going for Visa in August. Have you taken an appointment for your parents?
We can co-ordinate our parents visas and travel. I am in chicago. They will be travelling in last week of september.
