Vistor Visa for phillipine national when accompanied by UK national

Hi everyone.

My friend who is a Phillipine national, would like to go with me to the US sometime next year.

I myself am a UK national and have visited the US a few months ago.

Is it easier for her to get a visit visa if accompanied by a national from another country who intends to leave after a few weeks?

We are not romantically linked, just good friends and she would be with me for the three weeks.

She intends to get a Donkin Donuts franshise to run as a business, so this is a reason for her to return to her country.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just because citizen of Philippines has a UK citizen friend does not mean anything. Each applicant is looked at independently.
