L1B holder want to sponser in-laws, spouse is H1B

Hi,

I am L1B holder from TCS and my wife is holding H1B. I want to sponser my wife's parents. Is this okay? If any one did this way please let me know.

There is nothing special in your case and you follow the same procedure as the rest. Refer to immihelp visitor documents.

similar in case with us, thou it wont matter for sponsoring the visit visa to parents/in-laws.
am on H1 B and my husband on L1B.my husband is sponsoring my parents visit visa...
