I have taken appointment for Aug 3rd week(aug 14th) for my sister, does anyone have any idea if the sponsor documents can reach India before one week of the interview date if i send them by ordinary post(USPS) now, or is it too late so that i must send them by Fedex courier and so that i dont take a chance?

It is really your personal choice. USPS reaches in 7-10 days if all goes well. I have had mails disappear as well in the past. You do what fits best for you.

one of my frnds suggested us to just e-mail the visa documents to the concerned person attending the visa coz when they sent the docs didnt reach at all n other time late by a week...and they have sent by e-mail also meanwhile.
based on that we are sending the visa docs thru e-mail only(scanned copies).will it have any difference for visa stamping?Comment

... e-mail scanned images of documents except those which are notarized ones. You need to send the original notarized documents.
Yes, as a backup option, e-mailing scanned images is a good idea.
Best to FedEx or DHL the documents and they're guaranteed to reach in 3 - 4 days depending upon where in the home country.
