B2 Visa Initiation

HI,

I have a strange situation and desperately seeking help. I am on L1 visa and my Visa Expired. I have a Valid I94 till Aug09.I want to bring my Mother in Us for Travel purpose. For the same do i apply i become her sponsor or i make my Wife as her sponsor as she is on L2 EAD and also working in US. My wife's visa is valid till Aug 09. Please suggest me what i am supposed to do?

Either one can be sponsor. It is better if you are sponsor.
