visitor visa for mother-in-law & sister-in-law

I m in us on H1 for last 8 mnths my wife has joined me last month on h4 visa now i want to invite my mother-in-law and sister-in-law on visit visa. but mu issue is tht i dont hve my W2 yet. I would like to know wht can i do abt it and can i call them even if im not hving my w2 & if so whts the proccess? one more question my mother-in-law has four daughters who r all well settled but she doesnt hve any property on her name its on my father -in-laws name will this create any issue?

W2 is non-issue if you havenet been here for the last tax year. However, the no property ties makes their case for B2 weak.
