Hi,
I had entered US in Jan 2006 on company A and changed my employer to B in 2006 May, in Jan 2007 i got my approval and Employer C filed for change or employer in June 2007, and Employer C receveid an RFE and replied back to it in Dec 2008, till date the H1b is not yet approved and my employer and i called up USCIS and they told us to call back after another 30 days, my questioiin is my stamping on the passport is till Sept 30 2008, and my petiion is not yet approved, is it good to file for Change of employer D, and do a preimum or file for an Extension with Employer C, sicne i just have 2 months
Can someone advice me over what shoudl be my best move,, Sticking to Employer C and filing an Extension or to Move to Employer D filing a preimum processing for extension and transfer to get a quick decisioin and go out of the country and get it stamped to get done with this issue.
