if i will study caregiver course and then my friend will be my employer in united states to take care of her parent will i ever have the chance to go and is it worth it to enroll for six months? she will be the one to fix the documents for me to go there and she is from north carolina. will it work to study caregiving? i am willing. thanks again.

errr. This does not sound like a good plan... how does she plan on sponsoring you exactly? she can not just hire you... and in most cases, she must prove that what you will do (perform, duty) is something nobody else can... and that is not the case.
