My husband is sponsoring for my sister's visa who is travelling alone, and her son and husband are not accompanying her. My husband has 20k$ bank balance but we have notarised I134 mentioning 15k$ bank balance, would it be better to redo I134 showing 20k$ balance and send the same?
My sister does not have any bank account/balance under her name since the bank acct with 1 or 2 lacs is under my b-in-law's name, but she has fixed deposit for 2 lacs as joint deposit with her husband. Also there is no other property to show under my sister's name and most of their property( mainly agricultural land) is under my sister's father-in-law's name and not yet transferred to my b-in-law.So my sister would only be showing hierarchical property document which belongs to my b-in-law's father and is meant for the whole joint family to be distributed yet.
Also my sister does not have her marriage certificate and would only be showing some affidavit and her marriage photos if questioned.Her husband would not join her as he needs to take care of his old mother and land.
Is my sister's case weak and if so what can i do to make it stronger, like in terms of her answers with regards to strong ties in india?Also i have mentioned she plans to stay for 2 months in DS156, is that too long or short period to mention?
