Parent's Visa-Advice Needed

My parents came to USA five years back when my wife was about to deliver our first child. At that time, we did say “Pregnancy” was the main issue and the visa was granted in the 2nd attempt. They did went back before the expiry of six months.

They will be again be trying to get visa next month. My father is retired and he doesn’t have any regular source of income except for the monthly transfer I send to India. Also, my 2 other siblings are my sister’s and they both are married. We donot have any real estate property in India.

Please suggest if the above factors may contribute against the approval.
