Visitors visa to Sister/Brother's Family

Hi

I wanted to invite my syster and brother-in-law to US. Is anyone sponsered to sister/brother family and got visa? Because one of my friends syster and brother-in-law attended at Madras last month and got rejected. Can anyone suggest me if anything I need to take care?

People have sponsored sister/brother-in-law and they have got visa in past. It all depends upon each case.
