I am sending sponsor documents for my in-laws to visit us in USA. I am a U.S. Citizen and my wife is Green Card Holder. I am sending these documents:
1- I-134 for each applicant
2- Job Letter from Employer
3- Bank Letter
4- Letter to consulate for inviting In-Laws
5- Letter to In- Laws for invitation to USA
6- Recent job Pay-Stub
7- 3 years Tax-Returns/ W-2
8- Passport and Citizenship Certificate Copy of sponsor
9- Passport copy of sponsor's spouse
10- Marriage Certificate Copy.
Let me know if I am missing any documents? and Do I need to Notarize all the copy of documents that I am sending. Or It is not required.
and on form I-134 does the notary has to stamp? there is no space for stamp. PLease advise!
