I-134 for mother-in-law and my wife's grand mother

hi,

we are planning to bring my wife's mother and her grand mother to visit us.

can i prepare a single I-134 for both of them or should i prepare their I-134 separately.

Your choice. Prepare it separate if it is not too much of a trouble. I-134 is hardly a formality for visitor visa and is looked at rarely.
