affidavit for property

I am planning to invite my mother for three months. my father is not coming as he owns a business in India and is busy. My siblings are all unmarried. Does she still have to bring affidavit for the property to the interview to show ties. My father is still in the joint family set and the property is not divided.

As the property is not divided it may not be worth to show that in the affidavit.She can show the business that your father owns and stating that she has unmarried children who are her resposibility to return to and take care.Basically you need to show strong ties to return back.As per your details she has husband,unmarried children so if you can state this then the VO might get convinced
