Does the invitation letter we send to the applicant need to be in original (with original signature of sponsorer)or can the letter be a photocopy?

I have heard that some of re applicants whose visa was rejected before send the invitation letter/cover letter to the consulate by fax before the interview to make the case better, can first time applicants also do that, or has someone done this before?

Can some one please tell me the order for the documents to be arranged for the interview?

... do you "hear" such things from?

You can send a scanned image of the letter that they can print.

However, if possible, original is always the best having most impact.
