Query regarding W2 form for visitor visa

Hi

I have to USA on H1B 8 months ago.I want to sponsor visitor visa for my parents, but as i have not completed 1 year in usa i do not have a W2 form.
My husband can not sopnsor as his H1B is under extension.Please advise
can i apply visitor visa with all my pay stubs but no W2.This is very urgent plz help.

... your company's letter mentioning your salary and copies of your bank accounts.
