Sir,
I am on visitor visa with my wife (Both r on visitor visa), Our I-94 Expire on 6th August, 2008. Before that my employer file for my L-1 & her L-2 visa on June 30, 2008.
1. She is pregnant by 5 months today.
2. I want to see my mother at time of my wife's delivery in usa. On what base I can apply visitor visa for her ?
Pls guide me if possibble.
