I got visa Type " R B1/B2 " with an annotation "Alpharetta ,Georgia" what does that mean ,am i authorised to travel to another states in U.S

My guess is that you were given a Restricted B1/B2 visa. Once you enter the US, your domestic travel is not regulated. More information on your case might help members here understand the situation more clearly. Based on your visa, your I-94 may be short and restricted too. Post more details.

It may not necessarily restrict you from traveling to other states... but who knows what was put "in the system" about you. How long is the visa valid for?
Does Georgia, have anything to do with your trip? then by all means do not try to enter the USA at Seattle, WA.
