Bank statement for visitor's visa

Hi,

I want to apply for my mother's visitor visa. But I have been in US for just a month so I dont have a strong bank balance.

Is it ok to file for her VISA? What are the chances of rejection of VISA? I must get my mother here atleast for 3 months to take care of my kid.

Yours is an unacceptable reason to bring your mom. In US, you need to use services of a day care or hire a nanny.

In just one month, the chances are very thin. But no one stops you from trying.
