Hi everyone,
My parents are currently visiting my sister in Toronto, Canada. And I am considering to sponsor them to visit me in US. However, I am not sure whether they are qualified since I know from a US consulate website that applicants have to be resided in that country (Canada in my case) for over one year before they are eligible for B2 visa. If that true and a must??
I am applying for my citizenship in US (from F1 at the very beginning). Does it has any impact on their application? Does anyone has similar experience? and how difficult in Toronto to get a tourist visa under this situation?
Any opinion is very appreciated. Thank you.
