Visitor Visa for Widow Mother : Please Comment

Dear Friends,

I am on H1B here in USA with a good professional and academic background, i want to invite my mother to visit me for 4-5 months. I request all of you to comment about her situation and chances of getting visa.

She is a widower with age 64+, housewife, never worked, no business, gets monthly pension, she never required to maintain bank balance because well taken care by elder brother in india, doesn't know english, she has 2 daughters, 1 son, 3 brothers, 1 sister with their children in india.

I would appreciate your comment and opinion.
