applying for visa second time!!

hi there!

I was issued a visa in january 08 but it expired this august.

i am applying again this september.

I already have the CA statement which i used for my previous visa interview.
the only thing that has changed now is the bank statements.

Do i need to make a ca statement again?

or can I take the previous statement along with the new bank statements?

pls reply asap.!
