Hello,
I am in US on 10 year multiple entry visa. My I94 is going to expire on 8th august, 2008. Can I go to nearby countries like Mexico and Canada to re-enter USA to get new I94. I have already applied for extension, but if I will be rejected , It may void my 10 year visa. My purpose to re-enter will be to take USMLE exam only conducted in US. I would like to stay only for 1 to 2 months. I have also receipt from USCIS for extension of stay application.
